hands-on skills in high demand occupational areas.
These top-rated areas of employment, often require some experience before being hired. Through the simulated environments, clients can practice the tasks their potential job requires. If a job-seeker wants to explore hands-on opportunities in other occupational areas, we can connect them with area businesses and partners who have offered to let our job-seekers tour, practice, and explore their businesses.
Steps of Achieve Employment
Each job-seeker is unique. Therefore, the way we approach helping them discover their ideal career, is unique as well.
These steps are the guideline we use to help job-seekers unlock their potential. We use Person Centered Planning to identify gifts, talents, and needs then build a plan for successful, long-term employment based on those findings.
